If so, I at least remember you. :P

Faceless: My main complaint, if I may offer it, is that it's WAAAY TOO BRIGHT. :P Even on my monitor, which is far too dark, it still burns my eyes. Not necessarily saturation, just... it's all really... bright! Aside from that, it looks good, though it's hard to critique because of it. The only other thing I can really point out is the shoreline-- looks to be just straight and diagonal lines. Might look better if it looked more natural.

I give you... Pacing Pete the Profoundly Puzzled Lumberjack.

(he's puzzled as to why the last part of his name doesn't start with a P. I was bored.)
For no particular reason I decided to limit myself to 8 (total) colors on the tiles. (more with the sprite's colors) That's why the roof is green. :)

I think it's some kind of stone igloo-like structure where those tiny red folk live. I can just picture them jumping around yelling, "Meerp meerp" or something. :P

Pixel Art / Re: WIP Pixels

I really like your art style!

Everything you posted certainly is a wip, and you're way better of an artist than I, but I noticed you use a lot of bright colors and lot of dark colors together.  Maybe you can try using similar color tones.  =)

Otherwise, I am in awe of your pixels.  =)
Actually, it's called contast, and it's usually a good thing in pixel art. :p Having a buncha colors that are too similar is usually useless, and even if you have fewer shades, if they're too similar the shading will hardly stand out, which defeats the point.

Anyway, on to the art, the only huge thing that's bugging me is the girl's arms. They seem kinda... flat... and floppy. Bent in a weird way, like they have too many joints and no elbows. ;)

There's something called opinion... ;) For example I find strategy RPGs boring as hell. Lots of people don't. Loosen up. :P

Wow, the hairline looks so much better in the edit.
As for the left bit of the hair, I didn't realize that's where the sig was-- still can't see it, but that does clear things up a bit. :P

Heh, oh jeez... reminds me of the old zombie fad at the original board... ;D
The only thing that really bugs me is the left side of the hair-- seems to be kinda messy (as in messily done, not messy hair-like) and doesn't fit with the roughly 3/4 view of the rest of the head. Especially the jutting bit near the top, the one that goes the farthest out, seems a bit too straight... and then when it dips down at the end it's kinda blocky and sudden.

Woo, second cheesy 'with guitar' pic.

...and only the fifth 'serious' picture in the thread. :P

Heh, happy birthday, heh. Heh, new tutorial up, wasn't heh expecting that HEH. (okay, I'll stop :p )
Funny though, on the 10th (I think it was) I went to your tutorial for nostalgia's sake, and what a coincidence-- it had been updated the day before. And now it's your birthday, too. :)
