And I need to know how to make the sideview of him.

I don't think this is supposed to be on the pixel art board... (1754 colors, brushes have blending, no pixel-level edits.)
Anyway, my recommendation is to first have a concept image for your character depicting him in another pose or angle. There are tons of reference images of character sheets that you could study, as well as specific sites that specialize in this.

Is the character supposed to be a gnome/halfling? If not, well, the legs are too short.
He's feet look weird, as well as his hands.
The skirt is semi transparent? If not, I don't think that's how it would look, maybe some wrinkles here and there.

Sorry, I can't help you more.

I edited him to look completely new.

Well, I changed the feet. How should the hands look like then? Also made the sideview, but kinda disappointed with it.

Why is this here? It's not pixelart.

Pixelart or not, I would strongly suggest investing in an anatomy book, or borrowing one from a friend, or looking for one online. Currently, your character has a freakishly large chest, with comically small arms. I'll assume you meant for the character to not have a nose, which is fine. Study some legs in real life. They aren't simple a solid line straight down, they have contours and muscles, which give legs more of a... stretched hourglass look to them. Really this isn't bad, but I strongly recommend studying some anatomy with pencil and paper. I find it's a lot more natural and much easier to learn basic skills by simply sketching, digital mediums to me, feel a lot more clumsy and harder to control, which will make attempting to learn something as complex and precise and human anatomy frustrating and difficult. Anyways, this has promise, keep practicing  :)

some other things I would be aware of are the way the head connects to the neck in the profile view, the curves of the body in profile view (its not just a straight vertical line), and the fact that your character has no wrists.
