I'm having trouble determining where the sides (side facing the viewer) start, and where the tops of objects end; I suggest looking back to the basics, and shade one side darker (e.g. the side facing us), and one side lighter (e.g. the tops of objects).
Find your light source! ;)

Good start. Some of the tiles don't transition as smoothly as they could. Here's an edit of the brick tile.

22x20 is an unconventional size, but it might not matter, depending on the context. Also, did you position the tiles yourself? If so, you can do that in Promotion a lot easier - at least, until the free edition expires..

I suggest reducing the saturation of the grass. The gray roofs establish that the horizontal surfaces are both lighter and less saturated than the vertical surfaces. If you cut the saturation of the grass in half you preserve that idea. This will help the walls to pop a bit more.
