So I was messing around on my computer and found an old painting from sixth grade and decided to pixelify it!

is using photoshop's dither cheating?

Yeah. That's totally cheating (As I consider it anyway). Besides why would you want to do it?

It doesn't look like Pixel Art, it's poorly done, you don't improve from it
Heck, it doesn't even look all that fantastic

Just don't do it.

it's not a game so you can't chat, but this is certainly not pixel art as we mean it in this forum.
