Hey Xandr001 :) ,
the automatic conversion of the Tile looks really ugly, if you zoom in, but to me and my eyes, it still looks okay in 1:1 (No Zoom in) .
Your Try to convert it to the VGA 16 Palette looks good, but i do not understand, what you try to emulate or do in the middle part of that resistor (the yellow thing with the two coloured lines on it) ?!
I'm not that good at PixelArt; so i can't really create an edit, i'm sorry :( . In the Photoshop Conversion, you can see, that the software tried to simulate the shading on the resistor in a different way then you did in your Try.
Greetings,
Ingo (who uses a not that good english too...)

Ehh, maybe I'm missing something but I did a quick colour swap with two or three touch ups, I can't really see where you had trouble, every colour had a viable replacement in the palette.

What are you doing this for anyway?
