You've got to use an imagehost like tinypic.com or imageshack.us.
From there, you upload it and they will provide you with links. You want to copy the DIRECT LINK, not the other links for like forum usage and such.

Well I can give you a few pointers on how to use the site and you pixel work.

First off never save pixel art as .jpeg

I always recommend using .png for any pixel based art. The reason is that it doesn't distort the image and shows it how it should.

Also you might want to read the forum rules (http://www.wayofthepixel.net/pixelation/index.php?topic=2002.0).

Multi/Double posting is against the rules and it is very pointless to do so because of the edit button which allows you to add to what ever post you already made.

Now on to the pixels themselves.

First off good job on the Iso it looks pretty solid to me.

The second building needs shadows make sure you add the shadows the "Fun House Saloon" letters would make.

Also color wise maybe some slight changes in the colors intensities or something. Other then that nothing much from me right now.
