To be honest, I love the deisgn, but things like the unreal shading on the curl in the back of her hair and general odd shape of her head seem a bit offputting.

No hips! It's like her waist extends only there the thighs start, it looks .. unwomanly. Give her some hips! : D

I think the older one looks nicer in almost every way, especially since her leg doesn't look as bent.

way better than before.
 Still, the head seems a little bit pushed behind with respect of the neck and the torso. See if it makes any difference moving it some pixels to the front.

way better than before.
I'm not that sure, but it seems to me that the torso is bending on the left side... maybe it's needed a little correction on that. but I like the position.
I hope someone else will reply here so we can compare our views.
