is the guys left arm (our right) amputated or something? Because it kind of looks like it to me. It looks like a stump.
-
yes it is.

his zipper looks like a bad case of ED, especially with the "pelvic thruuuuuust" :-X

legs on animated guy animate well enough, though I don't think the left sole would be moving left and right for a pelvic trust movement. Is the dude laughing? His one arm deforms at the elbow during the cycle.
The portrait suffers from faults explored in previous threads of yours: volumes need work, facial anatomy, definition. Neck isn't a pyramid, hair would best be organised as a volume first, and strands on its surface indicative of the flow.

wait, what? i honestly expected the legs to get ripped to shreds. but yeah, he's more or less laughing/gnashing. I'm trying to convey that he's completely insane. as for the portrait the more i look at it the more im starting to dislike it so ill probably start it over.

I like the legs because they're not morphing around like crazy, something which was a problem with your earlier animations. I can tell where knees are and that they stay knees.
For the portrait you'd have to do some heavy studying, it won't be easy to trial and error it.
