Hey, i REALLY like ur stuff, i just think tht perhaps it's lacking shadow/contrast. None of it pops at all yet has great design overall, if it is a washed look ur looking for then it would really work but individualy i think it needs to be less pastoreal. BUT, i think the gun in awesome and am really looking forward to the finished version of the wip. :)

Hell, they do look a little washed up - how could I have been so blind. Anyway, thanks - but the guns wont get finished. Foreva wip! Moved on to next projects. At the moment im doing random objects - I use the random item generator, hit refresh five times and pick the one I like the most. Todays object is synthesizer. Going for an Voyager. Fits the old Macintosh. :)

Il post it in the evening, its 11:40 here at the moment.

+ Not going for the Voyager - too many buttons. :D

+ Done! Casio!

Oh, very nice!  I agree with Pat Butcher about the objects being washed out, but I personally have no problem with that.
I just think that you could maybe have more vibrant palettes.

Also, the item generator sound pretty cool.  Mind linking it?

Lo! Long time no update - here is a little police spaceship! I would really like critz about the texture - not the uv, thats something i quickly threw together - but the texture! Highlights, details, colors - any ideas for improvment etc?

What do you use to make these, is it very hard?

You could just make it a bit interesting by getting some more punch in the contrast - more saturation in the highlighted areas too

I also think that details in the texture are better off being big and easily readable.

Also - bands of shading should preferrably be a bit larger than 1 pixel, good form with the shadow on the top of the middle window, for example, that way it garbles a lot less.

Finding out where edges are in the texture and highlighting them somewhat would also help with making it readable - maybe!
