Well, the first thing I notice is that the lines aren't very neat, especially the right edge of the heart. It's also asymmetrical, but that could be a stylistic choice so I won't comment further.

I just checked the color count though, and 19 seems like waaaay too much for this. At best, only 3 shades of blue, pink, and white/gray are even noticeable.

Lastly, the round parts could look a lot smoother if you used some antialiasing (which you can read about here: http://gas13.ru/v3/tutorials/handmade_antialiasing.php)

Good luck!

I'm counting 4 visible colours that you'll need to make this. The asymmetry is good in my opinion though you could take that further by imagining this heart as a 3D shape more and rotating it more. Also your lights and shades are just following the outline, instead, they should define the volume of the object. Why have lighting if they add nothing to the information you could have gotten from the lines? Highlights for example, do not follow the outline, but rather point out a specular point that has the most direct light reflectoin towards you, it'd be weird to have that all the way on the edge, because that means your lighting is coming from the back; which it doesn't as there is shadow on the bottom right side, and not light illuminating all around the object.

PS: Take the time to speak correct english please, I doubt this spelling is used because of incapability.

1: Needs more colors other than pink, light pink, and dark pink. [Hey people, I'm here little brother. ::)]

2: I suggest making the horns brown. If you dicide to do that, I'll help you make it look rough and hard like real horns.

3: Maybe even give him some eyes and a mouth.

I'm noticing again on your deer logo thing that you have more colors than necessary. There's five shades of pink, when only three are even noticeable. Did you read that tutorial about AA? It could help either of your pieces out a lot.

Woop-de-doo, i don't give crap what it's supposed to be.
This isn't alot of work at all if it's just gonna be pink.
Think about what I said some more...

PS: The shading looks a little bit too thick near the part where the nose and eyes are supposed to be.

On the contrary, it's a rather large amount of work if McMuffn decides to AA it, which I highly recommend.

I'm not really one to be giving AA advice because what I do hardly ever requires much of it, let alone on a huge scale, therefore I do not do it well over the course of large contours. :P Good anti-aliasing is something that comes with practice. Either way, here's something which I think will give you an idea of one way to apply AA to this logo!

Having a white background may be a bad idea. It's a rather powerful color, so getting a good balance between the pixel cluster that is the logo and the one that is the background may be tough. To anti-alias is to find harmony between two colors, and said harmony is ushered in easily after the two colors are already close.

not much of a difference tho

Exactly right. There is no difference.
You need to take Atnas' advice. He knows what he's talking about.

Also, you didn't change the background color.
