Here's an edit I've done, made his posture a little better, added more contrast and saturation to colors, lookin' good, keep it up!

I see what you meant with the saturation, I don't know why, I just seem to work with low saturated colors alot...
as for the nose, I wanted that to be some sort of nose lighting, but your edit showed me, it would work a bit better if it was meant for defining the nose's shape!

I find the face messy now. You're both highlighting and outlining the nose, I think it's better to just pick one. I think the best of all solutions to representing the nose is a plain 2x2 highlight, as outlining it will either give him cat lips/mustache or a black eye. Try out variations of length and position of the block. I found that just by removing the nose outline you have now is probably the most readable position. Also, concerning the color of it, even though it's a highlight I think that it could use more saturation, until it's a light pink.

Got rid of nose outline, defined his body a bit more, made his skin a bit less saturated.
It just seemed a bit too red.

I did surely leave out the nose. Just make the face so messy IMHO :(
