my only crit would be to add dithering with a piece that size...other than that, fuckin' awesome job

The bad(other then what Hyptosis and reydrek said):

-your lines are vary jagy
-you should have used fewer colors
-you could half the size and still keep the same level of detail
-It looks like you have a different light source for every part of your character

The good:

-I like the way you shaded the metal
-the folds are pretty good

this piece could like awesome with some tinting and a consistent light source.

It lacks depth. Like right around the headband, it looks like it's just part of the clothing underneath, rather than on top of it.
But other than that, it's rather good. Eyes look a bit off, though.
