I have been working on some tiles recently and need some critique.

Avoid Pillow Shading (http://www.wayofthepixel.net/pixelation/index.php?topic=7923.0).

It's noticeable on everything, besides the lone grass tile, of course.

oh wow thats a huge improvement :D! my critique, add more contrast to the grass, and more detail to the cliffs right now it looks plain. This might help:

edit: you are using too many colours, maybe you saved it in a wrong format or something..

Whao. Holy crap I did... Another noobish mistake... :( 
I think it's my Photobucket because I just uploaded it and checked it before I did.

I put my Palate there too. I'm trying to get a GBA chibi like feel.

I'm gonna work on the cliffs using that picture. :)
