been slow on the pixels lately, but this sorta counts. Kinda mid-poly, 600 tri limit (a lot goes into the hands...next-neared LOD (400) looks almost exactly the same except for the hands and face...
64x64 for body, weapon and head have separate (unstarted) textures...yellow pane to be a feather with alpha
seam on the back has been fixed since this image
mostly just for fun...
not a lot of ideas for the face. low res looks bad when i try it, high-res doesn't match up....I might end up with the FF7/megaman legends approach of simple shapes/colors with higher-res flat eyes.

Can we see the UV map please?
Could help us to suggest something for the eyes.
This looks pretty sweet though.
Thumb seems a bit wide to me tbh.

I think the exaggerated thumb may be needed to help make its function more visible when holding the spear and such... but that might be a stretch. Could also work just fine with a smaller thumb.

The head has no UV, just know that it maps from the chin up (so it also includes hat and a space for accessories like the feather)
