I don't like the position of the cape showing spiked backwards... unless intended as the wind blowing to it... and if that's the case, then it could be done better, by making the clothes look more natural. The neck looks a little bit strange. The outline could use shading on the brighter parts where the light strikes from. Well, working on these things will improve the look on the character. It's a nice character btw.
