Pose is good. Blob's expression is priceless. Top character is functional, but kinda bleh. Give him some real legs, perhaps?

Actually, I rather like the style of the top guy's legs. I'd say maybe just put them a bit closer together.
Is that a hood he has, or long hair? It's a little hard to tell, maybe choose a different hair color?

That's proposterious, I like his style of legs.
I mainly like the checkers the most, dunno why.
You and I both love our black, I think his forearm there could use more purple on it.
Do a brim, like the tip of the beak.
Perhaps make the feet a tad bigger then 1 pixel? Up to you mang.
Not sure I like that the horn being out of perspective like that on egg buddies helmet as as you have.
Clean up the blob he's looking ace.
Can't wait to see more, always been liking your recent stuff.

Right now you've got some pretty extreme perspective issues. The arms of the rabbit guy and the helmet the horned guy are doing things they ought not.

The feet on checkerboard dude are perfect now. I liked the extreme tiny style of the previous version, but they bugged me, and you fixed them.
Liking the baddies so far. Your interpretations are really koo . . . but, I see you've been hangin out with souly a little too much, har
