Not bad for your 3rd!  The only thing is that it looks like he's clenching his hands and releasing them, like he's squeezing something.

Kinda reminds me of a mini Noitu Love 2 character with how it looks.

since you have 4 distinct frames (obvious in the hair), i suggest you take advantage of it and give us a 4-frames animations on the hands as well.
