your anti aliasing has turned into more pillowshading. especially on the outline

that's not pillowshading, thats blur.

you aa was done in some parts to look like blur. you cant just add pixels to make anti-aliasing. you have to replace some of the original pixels.

Also, you don't need need so many pixels to AA, sometimes you can AA with just 1 pixel as long as it's the right colour. Not bad for a first try though, i was the same way ;)
