okay I'm working on a main character and I feel it still needs a lot of work, I don't really like the palette im working with and want to change that but here he is, critique please

Cute looking, but is that an idle stance? If so, the massive mit sticks out a bit.

If you prefer it sticking out, try counterbalancing it with a more forward tilting stance.
