10 colors. Uses his arcade machine as a weapon. That is all.
PS. Portrait coming soon.

I'm not sure why, maybe it's the color choice, but the pic looks kinda blurry...sorry I can't give tips on improvement, I don't know what would fix it...

blurry cause of very dark blanketshading. Looks as if all the lines are double or triple width. The lighting is inconsistent and badly applied generally. Anatomy issues. This needs a lot of work, it's a good concept, but you have to work at it from the ground up. Doing fighter sprites when anatomy and lighting are issues is overkill. Go back to the basics and fix from the ground up.

I understand I need to work on it more. Expect a complete revision soon. :)

Is this one any better?

EDIT: Hmm.... seems I forgot to shade the yellow part.

The character still looks quite pillow shaded. I fixed up his shading by quite a bit, mainly on the legs and the arms. But overall it was pretty much a rush job.

A few things that I thought looked odd on the old character:
-How fat his lower left arm was
-How sectioned off the pelvis was
-Lack of obvious light source
