Title: [Paid] Looking for 2d pixel artist and lead artist

Hi there I am a small indie game developer that has been working on a top down shooter game engine for quite sometime.  I've done all the art for it to gather the main mood but it is mostly place holder. 

I am looking for a pixel artist that has a portfolio, style and passion that can help me build a consistent world.

It's a game that I want to have an old NES feel but a bit more modern.   Example here:

I'm in need of buildings, characters, animations, tilesets, environment, etc.

Pay can be negotiated: per piece or hourly.

Sounds pretty fun, I am down for something like that. I haven't tried doing a top down game before like the one you showed in the video but I got plenty of experience from a video game of my own called "Termine".
