The inside of his mouth seems a little too static and flat compared to the rest.
I would make his jaw move or add some shadows that move as he does
inside his mouth.

Neat style!

Because you dither your shades, and animate as well, the shape of the back gets all wobbly, and this will get much worse if you do this on the entier object. Reconsider either your motion or shading techniques to get this turn out right without wasting loads of time.

I like it a lot, but the guy above me is right, you should probably do less dithering and more smooth shading. It will also make your image look less grainy.

Plenty of good crits goin' around, so i'll offer my measly twocents.
This animation should run much slower. right now, as mentioned, he seems to be out of breath. And also he seems panicked, unorganized, and scared. A dragon should be cool, in control, and calm. Slow this down, and change the eyes to look much less scared. And the mouth too, for that matter. I would also stay away from animating a piece this big, but its your piece and your time.

Your hints on the animation are all about your interpretation of the term 'Dragon' - and even if Daxter agrees to that interpretation, perhaps he is consiously trying to make this rather ironic that way. So when editing the timing of this animation, consider what you wish to bring forward.
