But still if that new artist is who it is that I think you should wait more and evaluate all possible choices.... not pointing fingers but I think there was a better offer to you, and you rushed up a bit.
Anyways I am glad you found the style you wanted :)

Thanks. :) Yea, I just don't have the time... I hate talent scouting! I was not in too good of a mood around then for multiple reason. -.- Just want stuff to get underway.
If I need stuff done faster, ill just pay more people. But, then there's the hassle of making sure each person is in-line with the same style...

I guess the best thing to do is to simply designate the best artist to be the "style-dictator" who others have to imitate.

exactly, chose the best style and then make other follow it, of course they'll have to see it they can do it....
