Title: knight spirte help

last time i made this guy: (http://img380.imageshack.us/img380/1275/111jm8.gif) (the same without helm on my avatar)
and tried to make walkcycle: (http://img380.imageshack.us/img380/1655/walkot6.gif)
(i know that mayby look funny, but i want to make nice walkcycle).My friends say that this is "rubber man" :( I tried to make a walkcycle without rotating the sprite but i failed :(

c&c please.

Remove the bouncing, shade the legs and make the arm bend, not just move back and forth at the shoulder. Also lower the pace, because he looks really light, although he has an armor.

There shouldn't  be problem with arm, but i 'd like to know what you think about this. Is the pace good now?

his legs need to bend more, right now everything below his knee shrinks when he steps up

Hi
Your animation is doing a double bounce when it should only do a single bounce. (Body going up as the legs are right beneath it, body going down as the legs are out.)
I've made a version to show you what I mean:

(I haven't changed anything on the knight though)
