Pixelation

I am new and inexperienced to pixel art and animated pixel art. Any and all critiques are welcome.
This is still in its very early stages, and is not very smooth. Im concerned about his arm movement and if it makes sense about the way hes drawing his sword.

Ive redone the anotomy of the first frame with him standing. Tell me if it looks correct to you or not.
