Now I'm still learning Pixel Art, and I made some water animations by following a tutorial from Gas13.ru

The 1st one actually is cropped from the 2nd one :P

i think the water looks to precise try to make it look a bit random and i think the water is TO blue it have could been a bucket blue paint
for the rest i think it turened out good :P

It reads like you have one static image underneath, and then another image scrolling to the left on top of it. You should probably try to make it more fluid.

There are probably hundreds of good examples of wavy water animation and this is just one of them, one that I happened to think of first.

Simple but works ok.

It looks messy, noisy. Ande there also seems to be static waves, and just moving particles. Last but not least you can clearly see where the tile loops. Remove the particles and it's a good start to continue from.

(Maybe this type of flowing water only suitable for river or such~ Not suitable for the Big Blue Sea ::))
