looked up some tutorials on youtube and this is the result after learning how to structure an animation

Is there anything specific you want people to critique?

For the sprite, I think it would help with more shading and contrast to establish Poe's shape, so he doesn't look like a cardboard cut-out. You have used a 2 shades of red on the body (i think) and a few more on the hands), but it's not very visible and doesn't do a lot to show whether he's more of a flat shape or a round ball.

For the animation, I guess you could try exaggerating the movement a bit more, and exaggerating the delay and momentum from the moment he turns his hips to the moment his arms move. It also seems a bit weird to lift the weapon over his head after striking. I'm not good at animations tho.
