First one is me, of cause not a hero~~~yet~~~
The following three, can you guess who they are?

I instantly thought of Hiro Nakamura from the TV-show Heroes when I saw the first one. :P They're cool and read pretty well but I don't know who the second one is.

And (just my opinion) you should give them more height 2 or 4 pixels. I know that's the style but anyway.

The second one from the left is Ultraman. No doubt about that. I'm having a hard time with the third one though. A blonde superman without cape? ???

They look really cool, but I have to agree with Leroy, that they might look better if they were slightly taller.

Oh, my mistake, the third one is superman but I do the wrong color hair~

Nice style.
I think that the legs are too much far behind, tho. They look like they're about to fall on their face.
