Version 3.1.2 - Apperantly has lots of bugs (http://download.techsmith.com/camtasiastudio/enu/312/camtasiaf.exe)
Version 3.1.1 - Said to be better (http://ftp.techsmith.com/Pub/products/camtasiastudio/311/camtasiaf.exe)
And get your free registration code here (while doing so pretend to be a PC Plus Magazine reader from the United Kingdom)
http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia/pcpls.asp (http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia/pcpls.asp)
And then go ahead and make nice videos of you pixelling and share them in the Recorded Pixel Art Thread (http://www.wayofthepixel.net/pixelation/index.php?topic=2144.0)

Thanks for the links (I suppose this is legal, right?), but your second one (the "better" 3.11 version) is broken, you doubled the "ftp" in the address. Trying it out now!
EDIT: I see you fixed it. :)
-
I don't see any problems with the legality. They have this site for PC Plus readers which can technically be shared. There is no prevention doing this.
So if you can access it you can download it :P

Im going to tell everyone!

Nice going, ptoing. (Hey that rhymes :p )
-
I always pronounced it P-toing, and not p-toe-ing
-
Indeed. Going does not rhyme with Ptoing strictly speaking. P'toing is correct. 5 points for Sherm.

hmm, i dont get it, the recorder works fine (although i didn't realize i even had a webcam and look like a total tool in the lower corner) but when i try to put a project together it's just a black preview window (and the Produce Video As button does nothing)
-
Might need the Techsmith Codec maybe? Kind of a guess but... maybe. http://www.techsmith.com/download/codecs.asp (http://www.techsmith.com/download/codecs.asp)
-
no, it's just not working......
-
I will try this out when I'm at home.
-
I haven't used this program for some time, but I remember that initially I couldn't figure out how to produce a movie because I didn't realize that after the recording was finished I had to drag the recording file to the timeline thing at the bottom of the window.

Thanks for this :)
