Just a little fantasy scene I'm working on for fun! ...Barbarian dude encountering a troll and some goblins in the high mountains. Definitely considering doing more, as it was quite cathartic.
Background colors inspired, in part, by one of the levels in Chaos Engine.

I think it looks good so far - its going in the right direction..
Since its a wip I cant comment that much since I dont know what you're planing to add.
Maybe adding something inder the floor-tiles, so its not just a black frame.
Let us see when you progressed a little further - like I said, looks great so far, IMO.

Are those pink things attached to the goblins' faces supposed to be noses?
It doesn't seem to be working for me, it looks like they are sticking out their tounges but it's too high for that.

Re: noses... I'll perhaps make them less pink, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy how pink they are right now! :crazy:

Damn that looks nice! I think if you make the background darker it'll make the character more seperate from the background. Overall, very good work. I can't wait to see this when it's finished :D.

This is looking very good so far. The barbarians lower body seems strange though. The legs seems very short. It also looks like his pants are only long socks and that he is naked in his private area, hard to explain. :-\
By the way, are you the same Derek that runs TIGS? i love that site!

i think you should make more enemys like the purple guy
but its looks great so far :D
