Decided to make this guy for my avatar, would like crits because im trying a new style. :D
(didnt know how to shade the top of the head so i made some dots...same with the pants)

Defined the light source and added some more contrast lately.

oh wow thanks, ill try to edit mine tomorrow, but how do you get the colors to match so good? im color blind so its hard for me to find the "right" colors.
any hints?

I think playing around with colors is probably the best way to find the "right" colors. Bengoshia's palette isn't as .... well bland because of something called contrast. Let's look at what gives him a stronger palette.

I think the darkest color he uses really separates parts. Wish I could think of more helpful advice but my brain has been very tempermental recently.
I won't make dumb jokes ever again. Not in this thread at least.
