Title: Pixels Garbage.
Post by: Silver on September 10, 2007, 12:57:43 pm
It's been a while since I posted any pixels here. However I actually used to drop pixeling most of the time and just do some normal sketches, besides school and collage issues used to eat time.

I like atlas, but for someone carrying the entire world on his shoulders, he seems a little to comfortable, even for a god.  It isn't too clear where exactly the majority of that weight is being distributed, other than his palms.  I'd bend his back and have it rest more on the top of it, cliche or no.

Thanks man, I considered your critics. I suppose it's much better now. However I think more bending for the back would change the entire pose so i just pushed the back a littel bit to make a curve.

You could have him kneeling if you want to avoid redrawing his pose entirely.
Another option is to keep him standing, but spread his legs much wider (knees in line with elbows).
