Well tell me what I can improve ??? Cause it doesnt really look that good.

The first two frames are for walking, the third is for attack.

Rats should be grey, and the feet are very yellow.
you could also try to give it ears.
edit: you're right about the claws and teeth, but i still think that it would look better grey.

Rats aren't just grey. The saturated yellow does stand out amongst the desaturated browns. I'd up the contrast, and maybe work on the perspective. As of now, we've got a top down of his body, but he seems to be looking more or less directly at us.
