-
Needs contrast, at a quick glance I couldn't see anything but a single shape, bump up the contrast and lower the eyes, from what i think i see, they are about 2-3 pixels higher then they should be putting them on the forehead. I'm not going to open up something to edit or examine it with right now but it also looks to need a light source defined so you can add depth.

Add alot more contrast, it's still hard to read.

SOMEthing close to this: (i hope you don't mind this shitty edit, but you seem to don't understand how much importance the contrast has....

There's a number of problems. The two biggest I found are the shading, and the palette. The palette has way too many colours, in some places you have 3 colours doing exactly the same job (the lines on the face, the outline, for instance). Theres not enough contrast by a long shot.
The shading is, well, nonsensical. Here's an edit;

Did you even look at Eyecraft's edit? It's more anatomically correct and really your new edit just took out alot of contrast. Look at how he did his colors, look at how the entire face isn't blocked by a border, look how it resembles a face more and look at how the shading is more realistic.

I guess not. Yeah the anatomy of the face looks horrible. And its not just my shading i dont think the colors are good either.
