I like your wizard so far, he’s easy to recognize but doesn’t have too many pixels. I don’t see any hands though. If this is one of your first pixel drawings you might want to draw the wizard a house to practice your style and experiment with drawing techniques. I’m not in much of a position to offer any further criticism.
