Title: [Paid] Seeking Pixel Animator for Animated Portraits

Hello all,

I'm nearing the end of development on my first game, a mobile puzzle-based stealth game called We Were Two. What I'm looking for here is someone that can create around 10 still scenes with some modestly animated elements. Here's some examples of what I'm thinking about from an artist I really enjoy:

I intend to largely use these for advertising for the game as well as telling the story so I'm willing to pay for quality. Normally I prefer discussing a price upfront instead of paying hourly so I hope that's alright.
