The front thigh and hip are glued in place! Loosen it up a bit. Make it more of a full stride. In addition to that the pelvis will be lower at full stride and higher when the legs are closer together.

I'm not much of a pixeler - but it kinda looks like he's punching himself in the face...

You see the legs themselves, while a little fat..are animated decently. BUT, the torso is in a different perspective with the legs. The legs are at a 3/4 veiw, white the torso is at a side veiw. His arms are to shrt, and look like a babies arms. Also, his butt is changing sizes in the animation..

you should definitely make the upper parts of the legs move more. It seems like he's doing duck-walking or something alike.
i suggest you get a look at the character animation in e.g. Flashback, Prince of Persia or Another world to improve your keyframes.

ditto, its really strange that from the hips to the knees he's basically immobile! looks like he's about to drop the kids off at the pool...

mhua-ha-ha....yeah i think it's pure shit xD

Do something about it then, look at other walk animations, see how they work, speaking of walk cycles I need to make mine.... :-\
