I don't like the colours. and it seems somehow flat o_O
that's a VERY large sword, or a very tiny chest of gold :) maybe more texture on the sand dunes?
it's rather hard to understand what's what.. but then again, it's fantasy! :)

the colours dont fit very well I think, also there is a big need for contrast in some areas.
like Elrinth said it doesn't read very well whcih makes it hard to crit.
I would say this needs either less but bigger ramps, or no ramps at all (like helm would propably do it), and also you might want to add some hue-shifting
Like this it looks flat because you only have a few shades for each hue which are somtimes quite near each other.
