EDIT: can't view it even when I paste the url separately to a new browser window. Seems that the DNS can't find the dich.ru.... dunno ???

All i can really say is that he suffers from multiple light-source syndrome, minute lack of contrast and a tad of pillow shading.

right about now, you could use some contrast in your greys, you may want to try to rough up the outlines of the layers of your shades to emulate some sort of "fur"

The light-source on the body, or at-least the chest doesn't match the face.
and the light-cource on the hat, is almost completely pillow shaded, try to use that nice dynamic light on the face further.

and i refuse to recommend hue-shifting <_<

Just a few pixels of sway to his body would really give a lot of life to this.  A simple animation that you could probably drop in really quickly is just a little blink or eye shimmer.
