Hey, looking good. One thing I can say, in my opinion, is that the dithering is not uniform enough.Or do you still have to dither the shirt, etc. Also the pink tone sticks out to me.

Nice job so far, love the dithering on the shirt. I don't usually like that type of dithering, but it works pretty nicely on this piece. I don't like his brow though, it looks quite messy, but I'm assuming you aren't finished. May I ask what it is from?

Looking good so far, love the colors.  I'm not too sure about the dithering on the skin, though.  I'd also remove the highlight color from the neck, too.

yah i just don't know about the face T_T without the dithering it's just.. blah really, i think i'm just gonna move on with that and start with the buildings which are gonna be a big challenge i think >.>

I too prefer the undithered face.  I think it adds too much texture, which otherwise looks good on other surfaces except his face.
