Title: [WIP] So Cold He's Hot (Pixel Joint CMYNRGB Challenge)

Well, since not whole lot of people are active over on PJ, I thought I would hop over on Pixelation. I'm not here nearly enough, afterall. :B

This is for the CMYNRGB Challenge (http://pixeljoint.com/pixels/challenges.asp) that's going on this week. Needless to say, we got stuck with a rather naughty palette. You can see some of the (MUCH BETTER) examples of what people have entered so far. I'm definitely not out to win the challenge; more to improve my dithering and color usage.

I really need help with the highlights on that stupid vest (that blue thing he's wearing.) It just seems wrong and ick. Well, the whole thing kinda seems like that, but... You know. C/C is what I'm looking for, so hop to it~

really nice stitchy! Very good use of the palette :y:  The only problem i have is his torso looks extremely thin even though its sorta facing sideways.

Thanks! And orly? He's like 12, so I get paranoid of making him too big. Where would you suggest I expand his torso? (more in the back, or the front?)

Hokay! Well, I tried to give him more spine curving action. I thinned out his front a little though. /neurotic.

Ohh you inspired me to still try and enter as well.

As for your piece, the colours work really well. I don't think the palette killed it.
At first I thought the legs were a little odd but I see they're pants, and pretty well made too, so nevermind that. Maybe divine the folds a little more though, they look a bit too dithered.

Tried to work on the pants a bit. I think I failed. It's pretty much done in my opinion... but can anyone recommend any way to improve it? |D
