besides the anatomy problems, I think your lightsource needs much more definition, the right (our right) leg just looks like the light is coming from all directions instead of one. also why are there blue dots in the hair?

I see the main problem as shading.

Try sitting like that yourself.. Having your arm infront of your leg like that and trying to play guitar should be pretty awkward. He should lean more forward and his hand should be placed even further to the right (his right hand&arm should be moved closer to his left...) if it's supposed to be a decent comfy form.
