Title: Some Sprites from 100 Quests

100 Quests - a new kind of multiplayer RPG.  Four players (console-style, taking turns), turn based strategy combat, army building, and randomly generated maps and quests.

I'm a bit confused by some of these. Is the nerd's head in a bubble? I guess it's set in space. Anyway, the head seems a bit too pink to me. And on the spy, is he holding a magic wand? These are nice looking, but I kinda wish you had posted them as animated gifs. The lizard looks really cool, but people will probably tell you do dither him.

hey, thanks for the critique.  yes the nerd is supposed to be an alien, that's why his head is so pink.  And also we're going for a toony, "cel-shaded" kind of look, so no dithering.  The spy is holding some kind of 'taser' weapon, perhaps you have a suggestion as to how I could make that more clear?

I dont think the diplomat really looks like he's being chassed, I thought they were standing still.
