Title: [Feedback] First Character Sprite

Hello everyone!

I'm new to this site. I was hoping for some feedback on some pixel art I've been working on. I know it's a simple character sprite. I'm very new to pixel art and am feeling somewhat stuck. I'm getting closer to the look I've been aiming for, but something still feels off, and I'm not sure why. Any suggestions on how to improve the overall shape, colors, bring it to life, etc.? Any comments would be much appreciated!

I'm sorry about the small picture size. Maybe this one will be better?
