I don't know why his hands are yellow... I made that in notebook and when I copied it to my PC colors looks different, and like always I don't know how to choose colors becouse they too saturated when I save image as a .gif  :huh:

about the colors looking too saturated:
are you using photoshop? if so are you sure you handle the color profiles correctly? sounds like youre working in something different than srgb and forget to convert to srgb or something like that

I work in Corel and Graphic Gale... do you know how to work in srgb?

Your lightsource is fucked.. you got light comming from several directions.. just look at the shirt, i see light comming from the left, while on the pants light is comming from the right.
