I think what you did is extremely extremely creepy. This is my critique.

Take what Helm said, and make it the complete opposite. I like the flat shading. The problem I have with it, is that it's kind of strange that her boobs are moving all by themselves. I know breasts are attached the pectoral muscles, which can be flexed. However, I'm pretty sure it's not at all possible for them to move by with such control, unless the girl were to be shimmying her shoulders, in a lusty, 1950's sort of way.
Still pretty funny, though. Hah!

The little dude moving the breasts is an anthropomorphic COCKROACH, who I guess signifies the artist himself. CREEPY.

Seriously though, the pixel style is fine and well-worked, but I just... just can't get over the creepyness.

I think you could tidy up the AA, especially on the face, and the several-color dithering on the ears looks a little out of place imo, since everything else is two or at most three color cell style shading. Id say nix it, or repeat it elsewhere, just for the sake of balance, since the ears aren't important/large enough on their own. The joke isnt particularly funny to me, but this is clearly for a different audience.

i hadn't thought of that, since they match the ears and im not sure nipples get that large (?) but now that you mention it i could see the mistake made. Perhaps the picture should be extended to clear up that issue...but im not sure that we really need to see more of her breasts

I would say that the face employs border-line pillowshading...may want to look into that. I'd also say that the glasses could use a specular somewhere, because they tend to pick up light very easily...and if it were my piece, I'd make the glasses a bit less foggy, but that's personal preference.
Good stuff though--really looks like people are pushing the "fad-atar" format to the limit :P.

Yeah, the only part that pesters me is the banding on the sides of the face, shading could be done with better technique. Other than that, it's solid.
