Realising that I never really did anything in EGA I though, why not.

All these are mirrortool pixelling and then making them asymmetric in the end.

ceddo: Not that long actually, I would say about 30 minutes for each so that would be around 10 hours over the course of a few days.

You don't own the rights to a character with a monicle, afterall there are only a small number of eye-wear variables.  The character would be incomplete without it!

I like what you did with the 4-eyed alien.  It's great to see these all together.  The man with the blue helmet may be my favourite, he has a Kult look to him.

You've got the form and palette mastered, I think.

I love the expression of the beaver (or squirrel?) and the beard of the guy at bottom right.

Bottom row second to the right is so awesome. The rest are awesome too, just less than that one.

Sure. It's the EGA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enhanced_Graphics_Adapter) palette. Thus the name of the thread.

Awesome work, Ptoingster. Some of these really give me old DOS flashbacks.
