Hi guys!
Been ages since I pixeled anything.
I wanted to make something again so here it is:

7 colors for the one on the right.
I'm having alot of difficulty's with the skin where there isn't much happening (forehead & cheeks).
And the eyes are bothering me.
If I think about it everything in this piece can be better, but hey, its still a wip.

You need to stress the darks/shadows more. In your pixel images, you can't find a single shadow on his face, yet in the photo, his eyes are in shadow and the right side of the face is aswell. Don't be afraid to go darker in the areas which need to be dark.

The highlight on the left side of his face could be extened a little more to the left and down. A few pixels. :)

Its a little better, but the right side of the face still needs more shadow in my opinion. Just compare the 2 images.
