Oh boy, something sort of realistic! Give me the roughest comments and critiques you folk can dish out.

slick.

The spoon blade (?) area looks to be different thicknesses on either side. This is caused by the inset highlight which is not repeated/shadowed on the other side (lower right).  While on this highlight point, see the direction of the shadow?  This appears that the light is coming from lower right of image, slightly more lower than right.  The highlight is almost rendered for a light coming across the image from the right.

The handle of the spoon looks to have a kink in the middle, which I would say is caused by the central shadowing towards the end of the handle, with the localized highlight in middle section.  As the handle rises slowly to the peak point, and then curves down to the spoon blade, the handle would be lit slight by main lightsource I would think (or would help to improve this image, imho).

looking great.

Very cool, good study for shadings to give depth. How many colors?
