It's a pixelated self portrait.
The background is still WIP, and I plan to polish it a bit before I call it finished... if I get time.  :P

C+C as usual.

Also, I realize the antialiasing isn't complete, and there is a pixel on the chin I meant to clean up.

Yup.. looking like a WIP. You covered the things you need to fix. The chin... need a lighter shade for the face and shirt... seems a little too rippled at the top. Good luck with this, lets see some more. :)
